Hola ! We have finally finished the last code of a DSP Module for A2 ! What is it ? Well, if you don't know what is DSP, never mind but you should know Voice Removal, Surround Sound, Echo, Reverb...all these cool audio effects which will definitely enhance your listening pleasure.

First of all, we apologize for the delay. In the last two months, we have been carrying out extensive beta testing of the new version through our beta testers and have since fixed all the known bugs. We don't think it's necessary to release a beta anymore as announced in March and finally, the prime time has now arrived, we'll be launching V2.1 in a week or so.

Hi A2 Lovers, we know we are a little late and thank you all for emailing us inquiring the progress of V2.01 Beta. Everything goes on fine here and just let us have some time to shape up the beauty. Those of you that are regulars are probably already aware of and have downloaded our A2 Media Player Version 2.0. Those of you who haven't been by for a while might want to check it out at our A2 Download Page. A reminder to those who used to download A2 from public servers, such as Tucows, zd.net....etc., please observe if they have renewed the beta version with version 2 (file name : A2MPHV20.exe), if not, allow some time for them to update their servers.

Those who have successfully installed A2 in your system, please be invited to join our A2 Forum and share with us your views or suggestions. Your critisism and comments are welcome. Please don't feel shy to join the forum, you can open any topic for discussion !

Problems reported that some A2 Setup.exe doesn't work, the problem was caused by the binary and ascii data exchange in our server when uploading. The problem has been fixed and all the files have been re-uploaded to the server today. Those who downloaded A2 earlier and experienced file execution problems, we are afraid that you have to download the file[s] again. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Uploaded A2Portable Skin to the server, get it from Skins Archive. More skins are coming along and will be uploaded before X'mas day.

Wrong default skin path was set in the player's preference menu, please just ignor it and browse to the A2's default skin folder : c:\A2Player\Skin. Newer downloads starting from today shouldn't have this minor problem.

Broken download links have been fixed.

Beta Testers and Music Lovers :

We received a boatload of response requesting to be beta testers when we placed a beta testing message in public forums sometime in July. Thanks to everyone for dropping in great ideas and wonderful yet imaginative suggestions. We have finally finished all in house testings and decided to release it in this wonderful holiday season. A2 Media Player Beta 1.0 Final is now ready for download, you may follow the links on the download page and get your copy.

There are more cool skins on the Skin Archive page demonstrating the flexibility of A2's innovative skinning architecture, we suggest you to download all of them to test out A2's features. Please note that the Visual Skin Editor is included within the program and you may use it to compile your own skins.

Don't forget that there are several A2 Karaoke Lyrics and related demo music files on the Resource Page for you to test the Karaoke Emulator. You may use the embedded Lyrics Editor to create your own.
